I can reiterate what other people commenting on here have said - this caller never stops calling, they try to harrass you by calling your mobile number, even though they do not know who you are, and I am also SICK of them calling my number since the start of 2017...

SCAM!! Same guy with Indian accent rang me 3 times from 3 different numbers claiming to be from 3 different companies about accident claims. When I threatened to report him for harassment he got nasty. All numbers blocked
The phone rings. I pick it up and say hallo. After a short pause, a pre-recorded, or possibly robotic, female voice says 'Goodbye'. Very annoying!
