i don't know who it is. i don't know scam or no scam fraude or no fraude i live in the netherlands, ans there we are very carefully with numers from foreign land, because of scam an specially fraude. If I can't see who this is then i don't pick up the phone. They can speak first in my voicemail with their phone number, who they are, so that i maybe can call back, but they don't. That is why i use annoying, and not dangerous, but that doesn't mean it isn't dangerous!!!

A recorded male voice stating it is the final warning and they will start a criminal prosecution in my name and giving a phone number to call them on. Clearly a scam, number blocked.
