Scam call,blocked it
According to this site this number is from Easingwold, Yorkshire, in the UK. I do not know anyone in this area and they did not leave a message, so presume its a scam type call and classed it as annoying. If callers are not prepared to leave a message and just drop a call after a few rings it seems to me that the caller wants you to ring them back and who knows what that might lead to.
