Dodgy call - supposedly from card company about fraudulanet transactions- but is phising.
I called back and got the msg this number is not recognised, your site shows the call came from the Manchester area, I personally no no one there.

it was a scam trying to access my bank account to pay for sky TV which I dont have.

Silent call. Called me at 9:10 on a Saturday morning. I answered the call but it was silent and they hung up. It's likely automated 'robot' calls to test whether a phone number is in use/active.

Scam Banking claim
Spoke very quickly to say I owed membership of £39.99 for renewal (?). I was unable to identify/speak before they rang off but before inviting me to contact them
Call center
Automated call; supposedly from bank, but no name of bank mentioned. Two allegedly suspicious transactions mentioned. followed by a press-button menu. When I called my genuine bank it was confirmed there were no suspect transactions.
They refused to identify themselves then disconnected the call
