Received a woman’s voice message from Careline leaving a message for me by my first name. Stating I should phone back about my brother mentioned by his first name. Phoned back several times., but got no reply. However, it turned out that my family member had been taken to hospital. He was on an emergency system at his home as he lives alone. Has to make own enquiries to verify message was not a scam.

Although we have registered with the TPS seeking to exclude our landline from unsolicited calls this company regularly flouts this and we receive calls asking for various people. WE have no doubts never have and neither has our 3yr old son who incidentally is terminally ill and as a family we could do without this hassle of random calls.
