Scam or Fraud Web search didn't reveal anything on this phone number. Call to my mobile purporting to come from HMRC about a tax fraud I've supposedly committed. Options are to press 1 to speak and something else I cannot remember which will result in my arrest shortly. Looks likely to be either a personal information phishing scam or worse, an attempt to get payment over the phone. Clearly didn't get this far!

Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense!
