I told them it was an unsecured line in a public place and also that caller display indicated they were calling from outside the UK. I then said that for security reasons I was terminating the call and next thing I heard was an email saying they d cancelled the order. Not shopping with them again!

so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.
