Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181422xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance marketing - mostly Harrington Consultancy. Said they were from people opinion survey, told them I do not have time to talk to them because I m at work and they just put the phone down. Rude. Reputable companies do not put the phone down on you like that so most likely a scam don t give them any info or confirm anything.
