Missed call from number and every time I rang back it would ring a few times then answer to silence followed by beeping (sounded like a fax machine or old style telephone)

Sounds like little kids on the other end of the line whi have just discovered how to use a phone. Singing and then hung up. Plonkers.
This is the Lexatrade Internet Number - Scam Broker. He encourages clients to cooperate, provides personal analysts whose main task is to gain the client's trust, and then reset clients' accounts and take their deposits. They have an IFMRRC license - which is not worth much, and does not protect the client's interests. Lexatrade is not authorized to conduct brokerage activities in European countries. They are blacklisted by the KNF and CNMV.
