Regular calls, usually in the morning (GMT). Yes "Hello" on the ansaphone as if I am there. Their number does not exist - they are using a by pass system to disguise their identity. Number recorded as a telepone PC scammer.
Someone please put these bandits out of action, for Pete's sake! :-)

Called midday, silence then recorded voice said they were ringing from Amazon. They had detected suspicious activity on my account. They had blocked a suspicious order from me worth £500. To talk to them I should press '1' now. Instead I ended the call and blocked the number.

Had a missed call rang them back automated voice said "thank you for calling central claims group" got put on hold and got fed up of waiting to be picked up.
