At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. He said that was fine and could I call back on 0845 603 9035 which was open until 1900 hours. I said I would check things out and call him back. I immediately

Some Asian lady calling about some suspicious activity coming from my computer and could I switch it on now she would tell me exactly what I should do so she could get rid of my viruses - urmm I said I can't get to my computer right now and she was really demanding that I should-I hung up
