phone was put down when answered, very annoying.
The caller phoned kept saying hello, could hear a lot going on in the background, determined it was a cold call, Hung up.

am so mad they keep calling me but even when i reject the call they insist in giving me a 1 ringer so frustating its worse than being stalked
