Either EE service provider is at fault to have no name and address behind this number or the Police does not care enough to round up such easy catch to allow this nuisance to continue!!!

There have been numerous calls to me recently and in the past from this number all of which I have ignored. I phoned it after the latest call and found it was Consumer Exchange Leicester - suuposedly to carry out a survey but more likely than not to phish and pressure sell.
