01224531095 called me and was the employment agency (Traill/McKimmie Recruitment Ltd) which I work through. When you call this number back, you get the reception desk.
SCAM Claimed to be Hermes and said I needed to pay fee of £1.40 ish for a missed delivery

I picked up the Phone today and the Guy on the other end didnt speak that good English...So instead of them ringing all he Time i said ill do the survey and he knew a LOT about where i lived my postcode everything...Fast Forward i just said Yes on all Questions and at the End of the Call the Guy said in a Soft Voice "If you say Yes you will NOT get any Annoying calls from his 3rd Party People" but i said NO but he then again said the same thing and i said NO for the 3 or 4th time,and then he said something
Fraud: Played recorded message claiming there is a tax fraud case with Customs & Revenue against my name: at this point I hung up and checked the number on the web. It is a Bolton area code; no reports about the number previously (which probably means it's a disposable number).
Did not leave a message when prompted.

Asian accent man claiming to be from BT Openreach. Told him if he knew my number, he would know my name and address. Blustered comment from him and then he hung up! Getting sick of these scams! Thinking of buying an air horn!
