Initially called but didn t talk when picked up, called back an hour later again nobody at the other end, waited about 10 seconds and then someone said Hello am I talking to the business owner?" I asked why there was such a long delay between me answering the phone and him talking, he hung up...
Accident claim scam. Claimed to be Emma Mackintosh from Proficient Helpline. When asked if they d ever heard of the Telephone Preference Service or Ofcom, she replied no.
