was phoning up to sell health insurance, I had gone a comparison website to look up quotes, but I specifically selected all the 'don't call me' options - so they obviously ignore these!

Keeps calling to say I?ve recently been in an accident. Knew my full name and keeps calling me three times a day. Asked to remove my number but keeps calling, had to block Numbers in the end.
This number came up on my bill for 50p for 4 second call, I never ring 09 numbers because of the cost, not sure how it got there but will be watching future bills!!! Very suspect!
