Its a scam HMRC call saying fraud has been detected. Hang up and block
SCAM - Called me regarding a car accident I was in. Knew details of the accident. Questioned me about not claiming any money for injury. No one was in the car during accident.

It's DHL customs clearance. Ignore the idiots saying it's a scam. They clearly voted for Brexit but failed to understand that this means goods bought from Europe no longer arrive without paying VAT or customs charges.
