As with Tommy, I had a call from a man with scouse accent asking to speak to someone at my address, I asked who was calling and his reply was that I had to identify myself to him, because for all he knew I could be a burglar!! FFS. I pointed out that I had no such duty and that it was he that needed to identify himself to me.
