They rang to see if we were eligible for a claim for faulty cavity wall insulation. As we have solid stone walls this is unlikely, but why don t TPS stop these people?

This number calls repeatedly at all hours of the day and evening. I now let it ring,in the past answered but they don t take no for an answer. I did have work done a few years by Smiths and regretted it every day until I had the windows removed.As a company they are untrustworthy money grabbers who wouldn t know the meaning integrety if it got up and bit them. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE PLEASURE OF HEARING YOU ANSWER THE PHONE!!
