Sounded like an Asian who was dry rude when I asked him to stop pestering me someone should be able to prosecute them/him if anybody else made as many nussiance calls or was rude they would be charged with something yet whoever this is gets to carry on doing it and even keep the number surely the service provider has power to do do something and also able to see the number of calls being made

SCAM, Responded to the message and was advised I had a tax rebate and that my credit card details were needed to process a refund. Sounded like a call centre in a foreign land. Simply asked him to give the first line of my address and was told: "that is against regulations" I told him to do one. There are some proper nasty tossers in this world!! If you have Safari and it locks with the message, force quit it, and then restart it while holding down shift key to load Safari without opening previous browser windows.
