Have just received a mobile call from this number I was told that it was an Energy Survey Company and were they speaking to the right person. I told them 'no' and told them to remove my number off their phone list. I don't quite know how they can phone mobile numbers from a mobile phone list as mobile numbers are unique and lists are not available and at no point should they be passed on!

Recorded message saying the phone company had been trying to contact me about my account, where suspicious activity had been noted, and accordingly I would have my phone and broadband disconnected. Press 1 to speak to a supervisor. This call came minutes after another suspicious call from 08008815191 again supposedly from from the phone company, again wanting me to press1 if I was the person named (they knew my name) or press 2 if I was not the person named. Rang me about 5 minutes ago. A male said his name was Martin from my internet provider. I didn t wait to hear more I just hung up. I was advised by no less the Microsoft when I had a call from a scammer claiming to be from them to do just that and likely they will give up trying to call you. Can only live in hopes!!
