SCAM - alleges they are from BT Openreach (company does not exist under that name as they re-branded in 2016 as just 'Openreach' and spent a considerable sum to remove the 'BT' reference from all their vehicles, documents, offices etc). Call says there is a problem with your internet - just hang up.
