This number showing belong to a Chinese takeaway shop on Google. However the caller claimed it is from Carphone Warehouse. What a scammer! They faked the caller ID. Very dangerous.
SCAM / SPAM - potentially, as i picked up said hello and it was hung up the other end.
This is the general number for GMP. The number will show up regardless of which police department is ringing. To return the call you need the direct number for the officer as the number that shows does not receive incoming calls.

One lady called me and asked " who are you ? " I said , "you called me . What is your name ?" She : Why are you calling my boyfriend ? I blocked her number
Silent call, Had three calls from Northwich area with different numbers in two days. Left phone to answer, they don't leave a message but stay silent before hanging up.
Caller says they are BG but according to BG they only ever call from 0800 and 0845 numbers - advised they have the wrong nukberand blocked them
