Keeps saying something I couldn't understand - everytime I said what is this regarding he said "I've said this twice already, if you don't understand English that's not my problem". The single rudest person I've had the misfortune of speaking to - seemed to be trying to behave in an intimidating manner, ignore them - just some scam call from a person with no respect. Very thick accent and hard to understand - the only parts you pick up on properly are when he insults you.
