Googled it and came across this article https://www.express.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/1388529/National-Insurance-scam-call-number-action-fraud-report-UK-news-latest-2021 that says ! National Insurance warning as thousands targeted by scam call - ‘Do not press one!’
I had the same call so to get less calls like this I said, "I got killed" the reply was "O" sorry for your time.
