SCAM / SPAM Indian/Pakaistan/Bangladesh accented male phoned me to offer monthly repair cover on my washing machine. Could offer as a one-off an 18month cover for £99 - paid by debit or credit card now. The monthly cover is by direct debit - presume they would want my account details for that. Told me it was a manufacturer warranty (told me my machine is a Hotpoint when I asked - it's a BEKO). When I showed interest in the 18 month cover he passed me to a manager. He wanted my credit card details and
Fraud - random mobile number saying I've drastically gone over my data plan, says to call my provider. So no links or numbers, but still, this is clearly not my provider.
