The line went dead once I answered.
Unsolicited call - could hear background of office and someone eating! No one spoke and hung up after 20 seconds.

This is a double glazing company based in West Bromwich they are total scam artists who managed to swindle £500 off me.

I think this is a scam call. Got a phone call offering me loads of different discounts; hotels, supermarkets - you name it. No cost apparently apart from mailing this discount card out to me which is ?1.65. Sounds good, only they said they were from Simply Be - why could this not be added to my account as they wanted to take the ?1.65 from either a debit or credit card.
