Scam so beware! I bank with Natwest but the way the text was written could have been written better by my 18 month old grandchild! I wouldn't even attempt to call as who knows what the charges for that will be. Can see why some would fall for this though as it presses the panic button in us thinking someones taking our money!

A lady called hannah (sounds very young- 20-25?) She just asks "how are you?" like she knows you.. i asked who she was and she just said "Hannah, i understand youve been involved in a car accident .." i kept talking through her to say i dont do sales or cold calls and that she needs to take my number off her system, she then just hung up.
