Had a call from this number concerning Windows and Doors. Caller was Asian female and vert indistinct, plus was a bad line, so could not understand her. Could have been a Scam call but not certain. will Block just in case.

I received a call from this number with an automated message saying that my National Insurance Number was at risk of being stopped -- erk, ok(!) It then prompted me to press 1 to speak to someone from a "Security Agency" to resolve it -- yeah, I don't think so somehow! I just hung up after that and blocked the number. Do not answer -- sounds dodgy as hell!

Scouse woman got stroppy when I kept saying "Yes" to each question and told me they would keep calling back. Good good good you silly daft cow you are calling me on a phone set aside for this very purpose. The only way to stop these calls is to keep a personal attack alarm by the phone. I was plagued by these calls on my real mobile phone but the calls dried up soon enough. Then I started missing the calls so I set up another phone purely for cold call baiting. This number called my 90 year old mother posing as the fraud department from the Bank of Scotland. He said 2 lots of money had left her account and they were chasing this up. Thankfully she phoned the bank and it was confirmed that these transactions had not happened. It was a scam, I think to get her personal details, not any account numbers - perhaps identity theft. He phoned her again today apologising for not phoning back yesterday but my mum was very blunt with her replies and he hung up.

Well spoken young male Caller stated "Hello my names Chris and I am a heating insulation advisor in your post code area" or something very similar.
