Not a clue who this was, the call rang for about 5 rings then cut off just before I could answer. No voicemail left. Tried to return the call but recorded message telling me the number was invalid. Potentially a scam as lots of numbers using 0203 numbers to appear as a London number.

Got a text at 5:25am saying: "Congratulation! A gentleman with an Indian accent called he was from the Telephone Preference Service asking if I was still receiving nuisance calls. Went on to ask me to confirm the expiry date on my card, "the one that the direct debit for my phone bill is paid from". Knew by this stage that it was a scam to get bank details so told him I was not prepared to give any details over the phone and hung up. Within minutes of ending the call, the number called back but I did not answer.
