Looks like a spam number attached to spyware. Locked my screen with replicants trying to get rid of it.
I missed the call but as the number is local to me I rang it back and got a recorded message saying "Your Vehicle" company had phoned. I did a search of the number and it had been reported by someone else as a scam where they tell you the insurance company has money set aside for you because of the accident you had!
