I believe that this is scam call from allegedly HMRC as when you try to call it goes through to a foreign person who starts asking for a lot of information.

When I started my business 18 months ago I had a call from 118, regarding my free listing . I went with it initially, but ended up calling them to take it down, as salesmen wouldn t stop calling and I even had a few just turn up at the premises! I had NO legitimate business come through 118, they didn t even list the business details correctly. Caller asked for me by name, saying he was from Forte Healthcare. I didn t confirm my name, but I did say that our number is ex directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and that he shouldn t be calling. He said that our number would be removed from their lists. I terminated the call by stating that I would report it to the Information Commissioner. By other comments on various forums, definitely untrustworthy.
