very irksome repeated calls

Keeps calling. When you call back just get an automated american accented on hold "your call is important to us please hold and an agent will be with you shortly" call never gets picked up as after 2-3 minutes it says goodbye and hangs up. Suspect it is a call centre for ppi, an accident I've never had or solar panels. No message ever left. Number of calls makes it a nuisance.

Fraud

Always calls in the early evening when baby is asleep and wakes him up! Silence for a few seconds then hangs up. Now blocked.

Prank caller

Rang me up 2 days ago asking if I want a laptop, broadband or tablet. Asked for my address etc. They said they would ring in a few months if I still wanted an offer and then rang 3 times the next day and now today

Recorded message saying the phone company had been trying to contact me about my account, where suspicious activity had been noted, and accordingly I would have my phone and broadband disconnected. Press 1 to speak to a supervisor. This call came minutes after another suspicious call from 08008815191 again supposedly from from the phone company, again wanting me to press1 if I was the person named (they knew my name) or press 2 if I was not the person named. Very suspicious. I did not press any numbers, and

number not known to me.

Claims to be HMRC and that there is a case under my name. Cut them off and blocked the number.
