Sorry you re all getting harrassed by that. We recently got harrassed too by multiple numbers, be it America, Germany etc. These are the very famous people from India with their "Microsoft Technical Support". Don t answer calls that are from outside the UK or wherever you live in and dont even answer numbers that are too short to even be valid.

Received call from a withheld number claiming to be TalkTalk and said there was an issue with my router and needed to connect to my computer. Asked for a reference number and they gave me this number 020 81233558 to call back. Instead I called TalkTalk's number on their website who confirmed no-one fro TalkTalk had called me and this was a phishing scam.
Annoying caller. Lady addressed me by name. Asked where she got the information from and she said her manager had me on their list. I told her to remove it and I would be advising the ICO.
