Claims to be BT technical suggesting they are cutting broadband services off for illegal activities, they can’t give the account name or number. Multiple calls this morning regarding this from other numbers too.
They ring my number 2-3 times a day. I dont even pick up. I believe its Sky.I terminated my contract a couple of months ago. Then the calls started
This is a number used by scammers trying to access your computer by telling you that it is infected, they guide you to view the syslog and look at the really bad infections. Then if you are daft enough they get you to open a command prompt window and log onto their website - result yhey have your computer and bye bye to lots of money

SCAM I think this must be some sort of scam. A recorded voice said there had been unusual activity relating to my National Insurance number and to press 1 to contact an officer. I can't believe HMRC or another government department would contact people like this. 2 calls today. When I missed the first 1 and tried to redial there was no connection which also sounds suspicious.
