Called six times now in the space of an hour, I can hear the chaos of a call centre in the background but the caller doesn’t speak, call terminates at their end after about ten seconds. Annoyance blocked.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Had several missed calls from this number over the past few days, answered this morning and caller hung up immediately, same thing happened this afternoon.

This company called me today - Thursday 20th July 2017. It s some automated robotic voice system, asking whever I ve been involved in a car accident recently. I repeatedly asked who is this and the call was aventually disconnected.

I used to have a temporary subscription with them, which has expired and I have not renewed. They have not left me alone since and would cold-call me every week or so, trying to sell subscriptions to me, even though I explicitly told them to put me on the Do Not Call list numerous times.
