This was a call from a person saying they were from Virgin Media reporting that our internet had been hacked on numerous occasions to cut a long story short I was asked to download the TeamViewer App onto my iPad so they could “put everything right” they were very convincing and I foolishly parted with some money before my switched on son overheard me and hung up the call, I have deleted the app and contacted by bank to report the “Scam” I wanted to forewarn everyone if they receive a call hang up immediate
SPAM I picked up and the phone immediately disconnected. Had 2 calls from similar London numbers yesterday that said they were my internet provider and there had been some suspicious activity on my account, press 1, etc.etc.

PPI - I pressed 5 to speak to somebody. A woman with an English accent said she was from the Refund Department and when I asked her from where the line went dead.
