They call me. No audio. Terminated (not by me) within 1 or 2 seconds. I rang back. No ring, no answer, immediately terminateed (not by me) The only possible reason for this nuisance call is to check my number is active, which the operator does not need to do, no one else has a valid reason to. Any legitamate reason to verify a phone number would include verification of the recipient, and that's unlikely because of fraud.

Asian voice - I did not catch his name - asked me to confirm my name and said he was "calling from the Ministry of Justice, right?" I replied that I did not think so and put the phone down. Clearly some sort of sick scammer.
