SCAM / SPAM Automated voice saying HMRC has a report of tax fraud against name. Press 1 etc... I hung up then.

I tried to call back , number not recognised, message left was just static.
Constantly calling me! these calls are unsolicited and unwanted.
Answered the call but no-one spoke so assuming it was computer generated
Had an answer machine message this morning when I was getting my day two test. The guy David spoke so fast I could not understand him but just picked up track and trace and I’ll call back at a later date. I Just got a call and they rang off as soon as I answered.

SCAM!These guys called as I am moving to a new business premise - and they were calling to update my gas and electricity details, and transfer the account to me. It coincided exactly with my moving to the new premises and seemed very legitimate. I went along with them, and even gave them my details. Unfortunately, it was only afterwards when I tried to call them back, to a very suspicious answering machine, did I realise they were a scam!
