SCAM sales scam
I've had 2 unknown numbers from Liverpool. One 'following an accident I've had' ... and the other call the line went dead. Have blocked both now.

Called at 10:40ish, didn’t speak at all. I hung up.
I get calls from this number about once a month, with 4 or 5 calls coming within an hour or so. They always hang up before I answer

Asked for Mrs Cragg (not known at this address ever - we are first occupants). Said they were from microsoft and needed to help. When I said no-one of that name here, got flustered and hung up. Tried calling number back but won t go through.

Fraud - recorded message that internet to be cut off in 24 hours so press "1" to speak to adviser. Press "1" and then connected to call centre & man with foreign accent. Decided to play along as knew it was a scam. Convincing and said provider is BT Openreach. That attempts to hack my internet but he would help install a firewall. Then various questions and asked got me to get my IPhone. Then directed to need to download an app. I said know this is a con so record
