The line picked up with three key pad tones and terminated the call.

Conrad from Warmer Homes about them topping up our loft insulation. My wife answered and told him that we had never had this done - he said he would amend his records. Looks like they were either trying to con us into believing they had done this before, or their record keeping is rubbish!
