My son tried to activate mcafee new account via web search but went into a bogus site. He entered my phone number and the 25 digit pin which didn’t work. Within a minute a got call starting my computer had a fault and they wanted to take over computer. I refused and went online to correct mcafee website. They have confirmed 3rd party has taken the mcafee product. I supplied proof of purchase and they remotely installed. This is scam number
