Fraud - claimed to be from Microsoft, I simply told him to clear off

SCAM pretending to be Amazon UK about a large value order. I hadn't placed one. Was followed by an email with the same. I went on account, asked Amazon to call me direct to check, was told it's a scam number and email. Reported to Report@phising.gov.uk . Never accept the call, always check with the company direct.
Asked for me by name, then said he was from Citizen advice and I had unsecured debt. I asked what branch of Citizen advice he was from as it was strange they were calling me He responded, oh why don t you put the phone down don t bark at me, just put the phone down you F***ing idiot. then hung up.
Computerised voice told me my national insurance number had been involved in suspicious activity and I have to press number one on my keypad to speak to an advisor.
Called on my mobile but no one there when I answer. So annoying!!
Said he was from Microsoft. The usual. Didn’t let him get any further with the conversation.
