SCAM This number texted me today 14/10/2020 saying there was a problem with my payment and the asked me to contact an internet address.................I was suspicious so I rang my provider who confirmed it was a scam and just to delete it. My provider said they had many calls today about this number.
Wouldn’t end the call when I said no thanks we are fully insulated and tried to talk over me I hung up and blocked, these places are now using local landline numbers ????

My caller display showed international 01242513505. Had two call in last hour said from BT, advised my router faulty, told me go turn on computer immediately almost barking instructions......got. Dry aggressive when I told him I did not have q computer/laptop etc. Second call I said shall I just give you all my bank details and things now so we don t have to waste each other s time LOL his response was to call me a rude word and hang up ......ohh wait they are ringing me again.......
Phone call received with a terrible line connection. Could not make out the company name. The callers reponse was very delayed as if it was a cold call machine. It asked me if i had been in a car accident so i replied no and hung up.
Are telemarketing but good deals and spoke to a really nice lad called kyle sorted me out with a brilliant deal saving me money!

Received a marketing call from this Scam company MobilePhone House Insisting, Absolutely Adamantly that they were Instructed by 3(Three) to call me and all of 3 s PAYG customers. SCAM Kept 'Morgan' on the line for 12mins while he told me he was from 'Carphone Warehouse Company' and offered an iPhone 13 for £35. He hung up when I asked what city he was in. Number called again a minute later, so I answered with "Hello, Dartford CID"; it hung up!

The number 0800 862 0818 is genuine, but everyone should always consider if a number is spoofed - try to get them to tell you something about you that they know already. Eg if they ask for your email, tell them a fake one and see if they know it's fake. If they don't, they may not be genuine.
