SCAM These people will phone you and tell you they are from BT. They will ask to check something on your computer which proves them to be BT. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They will try and convince you that they are from BT and that you have a problem. They will try and get you to type some commands in which gives them ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. HANG UP ON THEM.
