SCAM
This company have rang me a couple of times over the last fews days, asking for someone I don t know. Various other debt collection companies have contacted us over the years for the same person. We have had this telephone number for over 10 years and it has even changed address with us. Once I explained this to BPO they said they can remove the number from their records but it will not stop over companies from contacting us about this (tps doesn t apply as it is not a sales or marketing call). He suggested
trying to find people who want to make an insurance claim for personal injury messers do not answer them

SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.

Just received the same missed call as the others. Same name given etc. Message left is automated... definitely not a person. I m not expecting anything from HMRC.
