Silent call
Answered call was initially quiet then a very heavily accented (Indian) voice asked to speak to the Sky Account holder. I asked who was calling and the line went quiet. I hung up. Obviously NOT Sky.
Just had a call to renew my warranty on television for 'reduced rate of £7.99/month.' Wanted my bank details to set up direct debit. When I asked him to confirm what make of tv I had... he hung up. This followed an annoying 'survey' call asking for my make of tv/washing machine, etc. I always tell them false info anyway.
