Call center asking about buying a phone or something I couldn't understand him to be honest but they've been trying to call me for days.
Calling every day, leaving a blank voicemail (call is being forwarded to voicemail automatically as the number is blocked) so I still get alerted. I have had no contact with this company in the past.
Think it is a marketing company. Apparently they can buy numbers with any prefix they like so you think the call is local.

I've been called twice within a week from this Bristol number. I didn't answer until the second occasion, but they hung up when I answered!

This number has called me on 29 th Nov,1st and 2nd Dec. Comes up with suspected spam. I do not recognise the number so have now blocked it.
