This number is a landline from Swansea, part of a number range 17929177xx dedicated to some call centre - by most users reported as a debts & loans, The Review Bureau - life insurance brokers etc. Probably some robocaller testing if the line is answering. Lucelle calling from 1st Call Group "on behalf of Leeds 2 Trade" this is a legitimate call centre based in South Africa is far as I can tell. That 020 area code means nothing. Had a call from the exact same, bar the last digit, number yesterday wanting to talk about credit cards.
