If you just wait (that is don't press anything) an Amarican male voice comes on 'Thank you for your response (which has been nothing just to waste their time) ... you are now being transferred....' at this point I hung-up. The numbers are spoofed (not UK town Northwich).

I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up. I expected they ( whoever they are) wanted me to call the bank at some unknown exaggerated cost to myself.

Very aggressive foreign caller told me a woman in Mexico was trying to access my computer and it would be disconnected for about 25 days. First he said he was Windows security and when I said all our devices were Apple he said he was calling from Apple security. I asked to speak to his supervisor, who was English, but finally I hung up. Much more aggressive than any other cold call I e had.
